Learn how to grow fresh, nutrient-dense microgreens at home.
Healthy eating doesn't have to be complicated.
Most of us know we should eat more vegetables. The challenge isn't knowing that—it's finding simple, realistic ways to make it happen every day.
That's where microgreens come in.
Microgreens are simply young vegetables and herbs, harvested at around 10–21 days old. They may be small, but they're packed with flavour, incredibly versatile and surprisingly easy to grow at home.
Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where we'll show you exactly how.
Whether you've never grown anything before or you've had a few failed attempts, you'll leave with the knowledge, confidence and everything you need to start growing your own.
No gardening experience needed.
(If you've managed to kill a cactus, you'll still be fine!) 🌱
