Cut this morning.
On the plate tonight.
We supply restaurants, hotels and food businesses across Scotland from our indoor farm in Perthshire. No middleman, no packhouse, no distribution centre — you are buying from the people who sowed the tray.
That is why the thing chefs tell us most often is not about flavour or colour. It is that they are the freshest they have seen.
Always growing.
Available at short notice.
These six are in continuous production, so we can usually cover you quickly — including a last-minute gap. Fusion Mix is far and away the most ordered, in professional kitchens as much as domestic ones.
The ones worth
planning ahead for.
Sown specifically for you. These need a little notice before a first delivery, and then we grow ahead of your standing order. This is where it gets interesting — things a supplier list will not give you and a supermarket has never heard of.
Straightforward,
because we're small.
What chefs
actually say.
I have been using Enriched Being Microgreens in a professional capacity for over 2 years; in that time the consistency of their product as well as the variety, flavours and colours have been a great enhancement to the dishes I produce in the kitchen every day.
Ever since I started buying microgreens from Paul and Tara at Enriched Being, I can really taste the difference. They're fresher, more flavourful, and the variety they offer is great.
I have used microgreens from Enriched Being for 2 years now. They produce the freshest microgreens I've ever seen.
They're a testament to Paul and Tara's dedication to nutritional quality and sustainability. Using their microgreens has truly enhanced the dining experience for our guests, and I'm proud to support a local business that shares our commitment to excellence.
The practical
stuff.
How much notice do you need?
The core range — Fusion Mix, pea, sunflower, rambo radish, broccoli and red cabbage — is in production continuously, so we can usually cover you at short notice.
Everything in the grown-to-order list is sown specifically for you and needs lead time before the first delivery. Once you are in a regular rhythm we grow ahead of your standing order, so it stops being a consideration. Talk to us about timings for the varieties you want.
What if I only need small quantities?
That is fine, and it is worth saying plainly — we are a small farm, not a wholesaler, and we would rather supply a bistro that takes two punnets a week reliably than chase volume we cannot grow well. Tell us what you actually need.
How does it arrive?
Cut to order and delivered chilled. Locally in Perthshire that is often within hours of harvest. Get in touch with your location and we will tell you exactly what we can do for your area and in what format.
Can we get samples first?
Yes, and we would encourage it. Nobody should commit to a supplier off the back of a website. Tell us what you are working on and we will get something to you to cook with.
Is availability consistent through the year?
Yes. We grow indoors in a controlled vertical farm, so there is no season to work around and no weather to lose a crop to. A February order looks the same as an August one — which is the whole reason we grow this way.
Tell us what you're cooking.
Send us the varieties, rough volumes and how often — or just describe the dish and let us suggest something. We will come back to you with availability and pricing, and we are always happy to send samples first.
