Want something specific? Message us before the market and we will cut it for you and hold it under your name. Some varieties go early.

Can I pre-order and collect?
Yes, and it is the safest way to get exactly what you want. Message us before the market with what you are after and we will cut it that morning and set it aside with your name on it. Particularly worth doing for larger orders or a specific variety — we sell out of some things early.
What do you bring?
Fresh microgreens cut that morning, Big Shot, and the powder. Exactly what we bring varies with the season and what is ready, so if there is something specific you want, a quick message beforehand is worth it.
Can I try before I buy?
Please do. It is rather the point of us being there. Big Shot in particular is something most people are unsure about until they taste it — and most are surprised.
