Fresh Microgreens Fusion Mix — 85g | Grown in Perthshire
Harvested this week. At your door this week. That's the difference between microgreens from us and anything sitting on a supermarket shelf.
Why Microgreens? Nutrient Density at Its Peak
Microgreens are harvested at their nutritional peak — the moment just after germination when vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants are at their most concentrated. Research shows they can contain significantly higher levels of nutrients than their mature counterparts, packed into tender, flavour-loaded shoots.
What's in the Mix
Five varieties, chosen for flavour, nutrition, and balance:
-
Tendril pea shoots — sweet, crunchy, rich in vitamins A, C and folate
-
Sunflower shoots — nutty, satisfying, high in protein, zinc and B vitamins
-
Rambo radish — peppery kick, packed with vitamin C and sulforaphane
-
Broccoli shoots — mild and earthy, one of the most researched microgreens for beneficial plant compounds
-
Red cabbage — vibrant colour, rich in vitamin K and polyphenols
No pesticides. No synthetic fertilisers. Grown using organic seed in a clean, controlled indoor environment in Perthshire.
How We Grow Them
Every punnet is grown to order using indoor vertical farming — no soil, no weather, no compromise on quality. We harvest within hours of your order going out, so what arrives is as fresh as it gets.
7–10 days shelf life. Keep refrigerated.
How to Use Them
One 85g punnet gives you roughly 8 servings — enough for a week of daily additions to your meals.
Straight from the punnet, on salads, in sandwiches, on eggs, in smoothie bowls, as a garnish, or blended into sauces. Pea shoots and sunflower shoots are mild enough for everyday eating; the radish and broccoli bring more punch. Mix and match to suit your taste.
